Return Policy

At Sky Harbor Goods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy for both in-store and online purchases, subject to the following conditions:  

In-store and Online Return Policy:  

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items for store credit or exchange. 
  • We do not process refunds for in-store or online purchases. 
  • Items purchased at a discount are final sale and ineligible for exchange or store credit. 

Online Purchases:  

  • For items shipped to you, you have 14 days from the order ship date to request store credit. 
  • Please note that any item(s) returned must be in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, with original tags, packaging (if applicable), and proof of purchase. 

Final Sale Items:  

  • Seasonal items, sale items, and discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. 
  • All apothecary, beauty, intimates, jewelry, swimwear, hats, sunglasses, and hair accessories are in final sale. 
  • Items purchased with store credit are also final sale. 
  • We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase. 

Return Procedure:  

  • If you wish to return an item, please ensure it meets our return policy guidelines. 
  • For online returns, you may request a return label from us for a $10 deduction from your store credit amount.
